Refunds and Exchanges
For a partial or full refund on a direct purchase from Smith Micro or a product exchange is needed, please click here to be taken to our online support center to enter a support ticket to see if you qualify for a refund. Please note: there is a $9.95 processing fee and it must be within 30 days of purchase for a refund to be issued. Please make sure to include the order number or copy of the receipt and the reason for the refund.
