StuffIt SmartSend
SmartSend takes the guesswork out of sending large files via email - simply select the files you want to send, and choose "Stuff & Mail". Small files are automatically compressed and attached to a new email message, while larger items are automatically uploaded to a secure website via SendStuffNow. Instead of receiving a large file that might clog up their inbox, or worse not arrive at all, your friends, family, and co-workers will instead receive an invitation via email. Clicking the link in the email will automatically launch a web browser and connect your recipient to a download page that has been specially created for your file. Say goodbye to email bounce backs forever! StuffIt Deluxe 2010 provides you with a year of SendStuffNow completely free of charge.
SmartSend can also be configured to take advantage of a user's existing FTP or SendStuffNow account.
SendStuffNow ™ (formerly called StuffIt Connect)
StuffIt Deluxe 2010 includes exclusive early access to a new file transfer and storage service. Be one of the first to experience the fast, easy, and secure way to share your files. Store up to 2 GB worth of files, and share them with friends. Once your files have been uploaded, you can safely and securely allow access by sending out email invitations that share the files you've posted on a file-by-file basis. An invitation to download one of your files can be set to expire after a date you specify, and you can choose to manually cancel an invitation at any time. The files you upload can be encrypted using StuffIt's strong encryption technology, and you can also password protect the download links that will be used to access your files.
SendStuffNow offers all the convenience of a cloud based Internet service. You can access your account from any Internet connected Mac, PC, or Linux computer without having to install any StuffIt software. You can also access your files, and even share them with others, from the browser on your mobile phone! StuffIt Deluxe 2010 - Service Release A
Customers with a valid serial number for StuffIt or StuffIt Deluxe 2010 can download the StuffIt 2010 Service Release A. If you are upgrading an x86 version of StuffIt 2010 from 14.0 to 14.0.1A, you will first need to uninstall StuffIt using Add/Remove Progams in Window's Control Panel.

StuffIt Shell Extension 64-bit patch
This patch installs a 64-bit version of the StuffIt shell extension to give StuffIt users access to the context menu feature on 64-bit versions of Windows.
StuffIt for Windows 2009 is currently not a 64-bit application, but it does install and run on an x64 system using the 32-bit emulator included in Windows x64.
This patch requires an installed copy of StuffIt for Windows 2009 Standard or Deluxe.

I regularly send large files. By 'large', I mean 8 to 10 million records. Even under the best FTP situation, this meant sitting and watching that little bar creep across the screen... wasn't too bad, I developed the habit of going to get a cup of coffee. Thanks to StuffIt, sometimes a transfer is done before I return with a fresh cup of coffee. My solution? Move the coffee pot closer. If StuffIt compresses files any smaller, I'll have to move the doughnuts closer too!
